1. Establish an effective quality management system throughout the whole manufacturing process and implement three guarentees: factory level, workshop level, and team level. Strengthen testing procedures and control process quality.
2. For the main components of product, quality control points are determined. They are worked out in accordance with the drawings and relevant product standards, and they are used as the production inspection criteria. All data are achieved prepare for inspection.
3. For the engines, reduction boxes and other major supporting equipment, we have allocated special person for testing and trial operation. After that, they could be used in our production lines
4. After installation, we send our technical expert to the scene to carry out the technical guidance, to assist our clients in manufacturing the qualified products
5.
